Show ETA on each shipping method in checkout. Setting is located in the PostNord portal, selected a shipping method and scroll down to "additional options" and activate "Show delivery time in checkout", then save.

Show a "recommended" badge on selected shipping methods in your checkout. To activate the badge you need to login to the PostNord portal, choose a shipping method and scroll down to additional options. Click in the checkbox and save.
